Then a sealant is applied to protect the surface in future. If required, re-grouting can also be done where the pointing has come out between flags, or new kiln dried sand can be brushed into the joints for block paving. We also clean and coat roofs to make them come up like new. We do not have a fencing maintenance service as it is usually cheaper just to replace old wood panels that have become rotten.
